L&A client FBN Africa secures $96 million credit facility
FBN Africa, the African television network, received approval for a $96 million credit facility through Sofitel Capital and Skye Bank. L&A advised FBN on feasibility and provided financial forecasts in support of the transaction. The credit facility is scheduled to close in Q1 2009.
